Festival kids from Amsterdam who’ve been on the road with us in multiple countries.
10 day roadtrip to Denmark, 2am breakdowns, adventures on Sonnemondsterne, they have seen it all.
Being 1 of our favortie trucker duo’s we want to give them a stage to show 1 of their many passions (go Watch Lasse his photography!) FOOD!
With A la Lilaaa they have done international catering gigs, being invited for store openings and hosting awesome friends dinners.
Friday they bring their energy into the kitchen, their take on the middle eastern cuisine.
Long tables, special selected wines, sharing dishes and 40seats only!

Frisky People – Friskier Fish 🐟
Thanks to everyone who came to our printing event yesterday. We feel the love and appreciate all the support. We were able to raise roughly 700€ to be donated to charities helping the people of Palestina (Global Sumud Flotilla and The Sameer Project)

Frisky Fish! Save the date: 4th of Oktober, (15:00 - 22:00).
The 4th of oktober we will be making delicious fish, paired with natural wines. We’re also collaborating with @dotellmom . Their sustainable practice allows you to pimp old clothing with a new print. We’ll be selling the Frisky Fish print for you to print on your own T-shirts. If you don’t have any clothes you want to print on, we’ll have some cheap blanks for purchase.
Don’t want to tattoo your shirt? You can also tattoo your body!
As final cherry on top flash tattoo’s will be available on site.

🇲🇽 tuna tostada as appetizer or marinated watemelon as substitute for the tuna for a vegetarian option

The menu was inspired by our recent trip to the Balkans, and created with traditional recipes from @lassemahmutovic ‘s Montenegran grandmother. To give it our own twist, we added some Indian flavors to the deconstructed burek and japrak.
Menu:
Amuse
- Japrak (grape leaves filled with spiced rice mixture)
Appetizer
- Rice and mushroom filled bell peppers
Main
- Deconstructed burek with Indian influences
- Sopska salata on the side (simple tomato cucumber feta salad)
Dessert
- fig or walnut baklava with orange syrup
On Thursday 10 July, members of @YoungCollectorsCircle are invited to join us for our annual dinner party, that takes place at an exciting arty location. Get to know fellow art lovers during this delicious three course dinner, including wine pairing and artist talks in between the courses. This year, we gather at Het Salon in Amsterdam, a creative hub where artists, musicians and designers come together, and where the physical space quite literally encourages connection and community. In this inspiring setting, we’ll enjoy a summery dinner with Balkan roots, prepared by the young catering duo @ALaLilaaa , cooking from family recipe books and shared memories. Organic wines by Daxivin will complement the meal. Between courses, artists Kévin Bray and Anna Kieblesz, who have their studios at Het Salon, will share their stories. This dinner is all about storytelling and connection: something we’ve been nurturing at Young Collectors Circle for the past ten years. Make sure to secure your spot in time!
