Binding: Staple-bound Published: 2026 Dimensions: 17.2 × 13.5 × 0.2 cm This work is conceived as a picture book. A combination of everyday fragments—food, street-found objects, and collagraph prints of vegetables and wildflowers. Undergrowth 20”x 16” Oil and fabric collage on linen 2026 @miyukiakiyama The melting snow and new buds make us feel spring. But what is the feeling we get from the beauty of street trees that fell in the cold, quietly rotting and returning to the soil? 雪解けして新芽を見て春を感じるけど、寒さで落ちた街路樹が腐って土に帰ろうとしてる美しさは何を感じるというんだろう

Memories of Butsu Butsu #8 /posting highlights and photos from the event
Sep 7 (Sun), at Columbus Park An open space filled with ideas, tea ceremony, sound, performance, artworks, and beautiful chaos.
Grateful to be part of this creative community.
Thank you for having me, @butsubutsu . #ButsuButsu8 #VisualDiary #InstallationArt #PublicEvents
and @takuyaikezaki Shots 1–5 by @unknown_reflections / Others: iPhone moments Columbus Park, located in Manhattan’s Chinatown, is a lively space where the Chinese community and cultural activities thrive. Bringing artwork outdoors to exhibit and then creating something improvised, inspired by that setting, was my first experience—and it felt refreshing. My little friends also helped me, and together with Eri-san’s tea—the fragrance, the steam, and the cosmic swirl of chaotic energy—it became a day wrapped in a unique universe. Painting: "Garden of Flow" Oil on fabric
