We're happy to share one of our most recently completed projects in Chicago's West Loop.
Our lighting design for this three-story office rethinks the workplace experience, bridging the expectations for task-oriented lighting with a hospitality-forward approach, defined by high contrast and a rich, dark-hued palette.
The result is a workplace that balances productivity with moments for pause, relaxation, and a more immersive experience.

A workplace designed for creativity deserves lighting that understands rhythm, contrast, and restraint. Located in Fulton Market, 345 N. Morgan is an office for designers, by designers.

With expansive glazing and generous daylight throughout, our challenge wasnât to add more light; it was to thoughtfully layer it.
Â
We designed a layered lighting scheme with soft ambient illumination to support overcast and short winter days, easing the transition into evening. Focused light highlights architectural details and defines key task areas. Decorative pendant fixtures add balance throughout the space and create intimacy in the conversation areas.

Inspired by the Harris Schoolâs mission of positive social change, the renovation achieved LEED Platinum Certification, delivering a 46% energy reduction over the LEED baseline, and earned Living Building Challenge Petal Certification.đą

Among numerous national and international recognitions, The Keller Center - Harris School of Public Policy was recognized with an IALD Award of Excellence in 2020.đ
