i’ll never forget watching a proposal video back in like 2008—two men, surrounded by their family and friends, their lives so full.
i remember wondering, “could that ever be me?”
younger me would be relieved.

66 times I showed up to a workout class. 25 weddings shot, 5 attended. 21 therapy sessions. 11 bags of coffee beans. 8 years of solful. 2 flat tires. 2 books. 1 tattoo. many tears. many times w my family. new memories w friends. so! much! music!! birthday candles. plane rides. love & loss. yoga reminded me that your breath really is your life ❤️ so much surrender. so much more to gain
