LAM’26 – my first full marathon🐎
You were brutal. The heat was unlike anything I’ve felt, the time shift had me shook, and those hills were unforgiving!!
But having two legs right up under me is such a privilege. Sharing 26.2 miles with my friends whom I call my family hit different. Feeling the heartbeat of the city between its buildings, through its people, was electrifying. Shoutout to everyone who called or sent voice memos along the way, and to my friends and family on the sidelines—seeing each of you truly erased all my pain.
