Ho voluto, per la prima volta, condividere con gli altri qualcosa che di solito resta solo mio.
Per me, scrivere è un gesto intimo, personale, a cui solo di recente ho iniziato a dedicare un po’ di tempo.
Esporsi, sentirsi vulnerabili, può essere scomodo, ma anche dai momenti peggiori si può trarre qualcosa di buono.
Questa canzone è nata proprio da lì: da un momento no, da uno sguardo dentro me stesso che si è trasformato in un piccolo esame di coscienza. “Ménage à moi”, letteralmente “pulizie domestiche”.
È il primo brano scritto e cantato da me, un pezzetto di me stesso che ho deciso di far uscire allo scoperto.

For the first time, I wanted to share something that usually stays just mine.
Writing has always felt like a personal, intimate thing, something I’ve only recently started giving a bit more time to.
Opening up and feeling vulnerable can be uncomfortable, but even from the worst moments, there’s always something good to take away (I think).
That’s where this song comes from: a rough patch, a bit of soul-searching that turned into “Ménage à moi”, which means “house cleaning.”
It’s the first song I’ve written and sung myself, a small piece of me that I finally decided to put out there.
