Okay this entire look slayed! Sarah sent me a color reference of the lip shade she wanted her nails to match and I knew the perfect shade. I used @manucurist Green Flash in the shade “ Dark Pansy”. We wanted this pop of color to really stand out against her gorgeous cream dress, and it did just that.
First I shaped her nails into this elegant oval shape using the Manucurist 180 grit file (which btw takes the win for my favorite nail file) and then did some light cuticle wor, pushing back and nipping her cuticles using their cuticle clipper which has such great precision. Next lightly buffed the nail with their nail buffer sponge and then they were ready to be cleansed and polished. Used one coat of the Green Flash Vitaminized base coat (adds a little extra to the health of the nail), 2 coats of Green Flash “Dark Pansy” which is a gorgeous burgundy shade, and sealed it off with the Green Flash “Xtrem Flash” top coat which makes the nails extra glossy.

This ÂN-GLOSS ceramide lip tint in “Angel Food” by @anfisaskin smells so amazing I could literally eat it! It’s so pretty and pink and smells just like freshly baked cake. The packaging is stunning and feels so next level, I’m literally obsessed 🤩🩷

Her nails are long and healthy so we wanted to accentuate that by showing her natural nail through the polish. @manucurist was perfect for this look!
First I reshaped her nails into an elegant soft oval shape using manucurist 180 grit file.
Next I went in to do some light cuticle work, softening her cuticles with manucurist cuticle softener, then pushing back her cuticles with their pusher (it’s gentle and non abrasive). lightly buffed around cuticles and entire nail plate with a soft buffer and then nipping only what was still sticking up.
TIP: I like to buff before cutting cuticles to help get rid as much as possible to not have to cut as much.
Then I went in with their “everyday hand cream” to really hydrate her hands and cuticles. I used one coat of “active smooth 00” to create a beautiful base natural shade then on top added one coat of “active glow” in the shade cranberry to add a pop of a pink glowing freshness. This color looks so natural and healthy. Topped it off with a high shine top coat and ended with their “nourishing cuticle oil”.

What a dream to have been a part of yet another iconic vanity fair Hollywood issue! I started with my first Hollywood issue cover in 2020 and every time I get to be a part of this project it’s a total pinch me moment. For Nikki Glaser we decided on a very beautiful natural manicure, and what better color other than @essie mademoiselle. This color is a classic staple for a reason. Not too pink, not too white, mademoiselle is the perfect t sheer for a clean girl mani. We prepped her nails and went in with one coat of essie “to the rescue” to lay down a beautiful foundation, the. Went in with two coats of mademoiselle. Obviously finished with a high shine top coat, which I chose Essie’s gel couture top coat.
