At @SXSW , we took over the @GERMANHAUSSXSW with Berlin Partner and opened up this conversation with a special lens on how cities, companies, and teams grow without losing their souls, what made them worth building?
Thanks to the fantastic guests who joined, shared their unique perspectives, and jammed with us: Genevieve Wood and Anje Schneider on sustaining creative and culture as a business engine, Annie Hardy on human-first AI from inside large systems, Christian Strowa on scaling transatlantic talent and exchange, Nikolas Woischnik on scaling ecosystems, and Rohit Bhargava on making the non-obvious patterns visible.
