These songs are the final drops of this years music waterfall :) I hope you are thirsty for new music like the furry colleague in slide two.
Slide 5 is a beautiful art work by @evelynvonesch that I got to see one (or two?) years back and that still inspires me, on the other slides you can add up the fantasy I'd like to be feeding.
Feeding The Fantasy includes songs about a banker who throws himself out ot the window of his office, only to finally feel something again. And then there's Weird Spider, a song about loss and the little comfort giggles you get out of looking ridiculous whilst weeping (like a weird spider, pacing up and down). And Poppies Forever of course, which you can listen to already.
Don't mind my face for the algorithm. But DO mind @karinebrava who's photograph it is. I am looking forward to friday <3

I wrote this song inspired by the poppy fields we passed whilst being in the car on our way to playing festival shows with beloved @edna.band <3 They made me feel like I could do anything and I realized once again how community is the biggest source of happiness for me. I hope this song makes you feel like you can do anything and that you can dance to it with your friends.

𓇢𓆸 The Poppy is considered a national flower of the palestinian people. I didn't know that at the time of writing, but now I do. So all my personal profits from this song (concert fees, royalties, streaming) will be going to the Palestinian Institute for Climate Strategy @palclimateinstitute and I will be singing the song with this in mind. I love community radio, I love receiving a community radio award. The fact that it is for this music is insane. There are quite some years of therapy in this record, eventually now confined in a cute metal fish. What an outcome.
