軀 Unbodied Solo exhibition by Ailsa Wong Opening: 16 May 2026, 1 - 8 p.m. (RSVP only) Opening performance: 2:45 - 4:15 p.m. (free donation) Performers: ch…… and Auror Exhibition period: 16 May to 11 July 2026 Venue: @hone___fineart (Yim Tin Tsai Village No.5, Sai Kung, Hong Kong) Opening Hours: 1 - 5 p.m. (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, RSVP only) RSVP (link In bio): https://forms.gle/unbsFZyEfeyJuMiBA 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 The exhibition considers the “body” (軀) as a medium through which the unbodied comes into appearance. The installation takes bamboo collected from Yim Tin Tsai as the core of this corporeal form, forming a system that continuously sways and remains mutually interconnected. “Unbodied” refers to a non-material state— consciousness, residue, or qi—something that cannot be fully contained or embodied, and which flows through both the paintings and the space as a whole. Rather than existing in opposition, the “body” and the unbodied permeate one another within the same system. The house becomes a bodily shell, a structure that can be entered, within which installation and painting generate an inner landscape. 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 𓆭 𓆭𓆭 @ailsa.ww Ailsa Wong explores ways of connecting consciousness with primitive emotion, responding to a perceived vacuum of belief. She develops intuitive processes that blend artificial and natural systems, allowing material to form experiential structures that reflect inner landscapes. @chungyw_ Sound duos @bungee_neighbour member ch…… makes their solo debut, exploring sonic connections through fieldwork, daily objects, and voice. Re-linking senses with natural soundscapes and crafting forms in the interplay of shades and noises. @auroredelune Auror’s soundscapes are built from fragile textures and found sounds. Fragments of dreams fold into recordings of the waking world, softly blurring inner and outer realities. @hone___fineart Located in the historic Yim Tin Tsai, Sai Kung, Hone is an island-based art space that breaks away from the urban landscape.

The ”body“ is not a limitation, but a conduit that allows unbodied existences to temporarily manifest between oscillation and permeation. Artist Ailsa Wong constructs a dynamic system that continuously oscillates and is interconnected, using found bamboo from Yim Tin Tsai as its core. Within this small house-like shell, installations and paintings jointly generate an inner landscape. Here, matter and consciousness, the artificial and the natural, are no longer opposed, but permeate and coexist within the same system. 我們邀請你進入這具「身體」,在純粹的寧靜中,感受那些不被具體承載的存在。 We invite you to enter this ”body“ and, in pure serenity, feel those existences that are not concretely embodied. • 展覽日期 Exhibition Dates: 2026 年 5 月 16 日 – 7 月 11 日 (May 16 – July 11, 2026) • 地點 Location: 空hone(香港西貢鹽田梓村 5 號) (Hone, 5 Yim Tin Tsai Village, Sai Kung, Hong Kong) • 開放時間 Opening Hours: 下午 1 時至 5 時 (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) • (僅限星期六、日及公眾假期 (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays only)) • 開幕儀式 Opening Ceremony: 5 月 16 日 (Sat) | 下午 2 時至 8 時 (May 16, Sat | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) • 特別演出 Special Performance: ch…… 及 Auror (ch…… & Auror) [ 僅供預約參觀 By Appointment Only ] 🔗 預約連結 RSVN Link:https://forms.gle/unbsFZyEfeyJuMiBA

Ailsa Wong Dual 2025 Wigs, rotating devices, clay and soil 183 x 40 x 50 cm The artwork primarily consists of two 2-meter-long wigs, a rotating platform, and a wooden pillar wrapped in gray clay, standing 1.7 meters tall. A rotating platform is installed on each side of the pillar, along with the wigs. The platforms rotate alternately with a mechanical rhythm, resembling breathing; when one side is activated, the other remains still. The work refers to the philosophical concept of dread. Dread is not the everyday fear; rather, it is a deep tremor and anxiety faced when confronted with freedom, nothingness, and existence itself. Here, hair becomes the material evidence of memory. It belongs to the body yet is detached from it, intertwining consciousness/spirit between life and death. When driven by mechanical forces and continuously spinning, it sees the body as a clock, performing an endless ritual, oscillating endlessly between matter and soul, life and death, stillness and motion. —-—— The Faceless Behind the Mask 顏面何存 17 OCT—16 NOV 2025 11AM—9PM 4/F Tomorrow Maybe Artists: Oscar Chan Yik Long 陳翊朗 (@oscarchanyiklong ), Lau Wai 劉衛 (@lau_wai_lau ), Daniel Felstead (@felstead.daniel ) & Jenn Leung 梁琬琪 (@jennnital ) , Angela Su 徐世琪 (@rosyleavers ), Ailsa Wong 黃雅珊 (@ailsa.ww ), Ricky Yeung Sau Churk 楊秀卓 (@ricky_scyeung ) Curator: Joseph Chen (@chenyuen1314 ) Opening 開幕 17 Oct (FRI) 7PM 4/F Tomorrow Maybe Artist Talk: The Art of Illness – Weaponizing the Fragile Body Monsters of Circumstances
