I am extremely excited and honored to inform everyone about my new annual mental health and suicide awareness fundraiser. This event will be happening at Lakota east high school on April 7th for the boys volleyball game against Mason. I have worked with Lakota east and an amazing organization called 1N5 to make this happen. This event is all about making an experience that makes everyone who comes comfortable to speak their mind and share their story. We have 1 basic goal. Stop the stigma, start the conversation. We will be doing shirt sales and a raffle to raise money for 1N5. There will also be a positivity board to write messages for everyone to see that will later be spread throughout the school. Come and support this awesome event and all the hard working people that helped get this together!
