After growing up and cooking in London, doing her own pop ups and working at Padella and Trullo, Rose moved to Cornwall 5 years ago to work as Head Chef at the renowned farm to table restaurant Coombeshead Farm. Embracing what’s in season, celebrating the best local produce around, and bringing people together through food, her passion is for simple, good cooking, inspired by the farmhouses of Britain and Europe. She’s now cooking part time, growing at Mora Farm and working hard on her thriving allotment.
Through three courses, we’ll share dishes that honour the spirit of the French Southwest, think slow-cooked meats, fragrant garlic and the unmistakable depth that comes with the rich French style of cooking. Debbie’s pairings will feature wines from
