Meet the 2026 HIA Australian Apartment of the Year from @agconstruct , a penthouse that turns city living into an art form. This expansive apartment is a masterclass in craftsmanship and luxury materials. Natural stone, dark bronze, and light European oak create a sophisticated, stylish palette. All three bedrooms feature ensuites, while two private terraces take full advantage of leafy river views. Flooded with natural light, every corner showcases the builder’s skill, attention to detail, and passion for the project. This award is brought to life with our partner, HIA Insurance Services. #ApartmentOfTheYear #HIAAwards #AGConstruct

Where morning light meets calm. Soft oak tones, quiet textures, and a space designed to slow life down. Because the most beautiful kitchens are not just built. They are felt.

The beauty of a well designed walk-in robe. Behind these sleek wood look laminate doors lies a world of organised storage for clothes, shoes, bags, and every personal treasure. The central dresser doubles as a showcase and workspace with room for jewellery and accessories. Loving the refined detail of the metal finger pull handles, a touch of minimalist luxury.
