#FromItalyWithLove will be released in cinemas across Australia from May 7th!
After a great premiere screening in Brisbane in February, we’ll be starting the season regionally with cinemas such as Bowral, Yamba, Armidale, Port Macquarie, Ballarat and even Alice Springs (to name a few), giving regional audiences a taste of Italy from their own beautiful towns! 🇦🇺
Then we’ll celebrate with a special Q&A event at my favourite cinema, the @haydenorpheumpicturepalace in Sydney on May 26th, where you can come and watch me and @mrtimrobards chat about the movie and answer questions (plus, all tickets include a complimentary sparkling wine)! It’s going to be a fantastic night, suitable for all ages! 🥂

That’s a wrap on another year (and a quarter of a century) 🎉🥳 My deepest thanks to everyone who joined me on the journey throughout 2025. It’s been a time of great joy… but also many other feelings, and I’m keenly aware of how lucky I am to have such great family, friends and colleagues to share the experience with. Below are a few of my important moments and memories from the past year…
1. Jess and I finally bought our own apartment, and landscaped the garden into our own, succulent paradise.
2. Our beautiful boy, Paxton, underwent cancer treatment, and is now cancer-free!
3. My 4th feature film, ‘A Royal in Paradise 2’ premiered internationally.
4. My Italian citizenship was recognised. Grazie!
5 & 6. I was honoured to give a masterclass at Festival Sinema Australia Indonesia. What an amazing adventure!
7. I was delighted to speak once again at Newington College about filmmaking.
8. I had an amazing time directing my 5th feature film, ‘Chef’s Kiss’ (‘From Italy with Love’)
9 - 10. We travelled by car from Sydney to Adelaide (with the puppies) for family Christmas!
