Celebrating Go Skateboarding Day! Today was incredible—we launched an association with my skater friends from Mohammedia, and we’ve named it ASM. Soon, we’ll be fully operational in the city. For Go Skateboarding Day, we organized a best trick contest, a game of skate, and even a game of fingerskate (a first in Morocco!). With limited resources, we managed to gather prizes for the winners: skate decks, trucks, finger skate, griptape, stickers, and more.
I also took the opportunity to introduce our association to the local skate community. There was an amazing energy from these young skaters, showing deep respect for the veterans in the field, something I felt right from the start of the event. I did my best to keep the event lively with my team.
Moving forward, an association created by skaters who live and breathe the lifestyle is truly the best thing for our community. I wanted to share this personal recap with you.
