Never in my wildest nightmare could reality continue to spiral, so warped for so many well-meaning people.
Just when you think it is over and that some form of peace might hit the horizon, people double down on their vitriol... another layer of masks come off to show something even uglier... Crueler lies and omissions.. deeper levels of dangerous ignorance.
Be brave. Call out the bullshit. Protect your mind and spirit. Protect your children's minds and spirits. Most regular folks are not evil - but evil most certainly exists and can snag you before you know it. Active and open love is the only push back when neither group is going anywhere.

One month since these innocent babies, children, senior citizens, women and men were taken hostage.
One month of our hearts tormented by thoughts of them. One month of anger that not more is being done to bring them home. One month of grieving for those we’ve lost and the lives that continue to be lost in Gaza. One month of “how did this happen?”.
Demand return of hostages. Demand surrender and abolishment of Hamas. Demand the removal of Netanyahu and his ilk from office. Demand PEACE. Demand misinformation and demonization be banned from academic and progressive/liberal institutions.

Finally got some more of what’s going on inside of me out in words. In some ways it’s all over the place - but so is our inner world, isn’t it? Future me might wish I worded things differently, added something, or left something out… but that’s me right now, October 2023.
I needed to get this out, because I feel like it might help me step away from social media again for a while.
On one hand I feel it is so important to be on here, educating and sharing information to fight disinformation (I appreciate everyone who’s reached out thanking me for doing so and helping them understand the conflict)
On the other hand, I am way to distracted by all this, and emotionally/mentally drained at a time when my wife, daughter and clients need me the most. So at some point soon I will probably be signing off for a bit to be available to them, and to myself.
I wish you all the strength to follow the light and the truth and take care of yourselves as best as possible. Love you
