Introducing our latest model: Mother. A 3-way multi-entry-horn designed to bring you that impact, definition and feeling for your dance. Our idea was to make a horn with the best directivity characteristics across the spectrum, high output and quite some low end extension. She packs four 15” drivers, six 4” drivers and one 1.4” compression driver. Simulations, design, construction and tuning by us. Commisioned by @no.clubs We faced some challenges during this project, nevertheless it has been a beautiful ride. Slide to tap into some of these moments.

Proud to introduce our latest model the MoniHorn.
Too many times we have heard monitor loudspeakers that are defined, but lack power and low end extension. Too many times we have listened to loudspeakers that have punch and go deep, but lack clarity, detail and accuracy.
This model is our best effort to do all, in a single compact loudspeaker.
This 3-way design carries a 1 inch compression driver, 3x 4 inch midrange, a 12 inch low range and a 12 inch passive radiator. The controlled directivity multiple-entry-horn gives excellent pattern control from 250hz and up. The potent bass driver and passive radiator make this speaker sound big and deep.
Next to these drivers, the MoniHorn also holds high-end DACs, powerful amps and a state of the art DSP. This allows one to tune the loudspeaker to its context and save those presets on board.
The MoniHorn is designed for large recording and mastering studios, high demanding venues or as monitors in clubs.

With our official opening event a few weeks ago, we opened the doors to ‘De Kern’, a communal space situated at the core of Subterra. After months of carving, building and tuning in the quiet underground, it feels unreal and beautiful to finally welcome a wider public in.
This room came to life through many passionate hearts and hands: Addit Audio’s 3D-printed, forward-projecting sound system, giving the space it’s pulse. Vincent’s sculptural 3D-printed DJ booth centerpiece, a sculptural anchor that holds the whole room in orbit. Hessel’s (@hessel_u ) acoustic panels, catching the vibrations and making way for the soundsystem to shine. The embroidery Andjila wove into them, threads echoing our logo’s rhythm. And finally the light scenography carefully shaped by Nance. Each element carries the imprint of the people who made it.
Here’s to what will grow, and to everyone who helped us bring this place to life. Amplify. the. underground.

A four point system by Addit Audio will take over The Yard with speakers in each corner and the DJ in the middle of the room. A 360° sound experience.

Audiofielen, opgelet! Begin jij te watertanden van goed geluid op de dansvloer? Dan kwam je op het Tilburgse dancefestival @draaimolen_ helemaal aan je trekken: we zagen bij de Aura basaanbidders met de kop in de speakers bij de massieve subs van het dubreggae-systeem Sinai Sound System. We gingen kopje onder in het kristalheldere hi-fi systeem bij de Pit en hoorden een heus 3D-geprint systeem bij de Secret Stage. Dit zijn de gezichten achter het geweldige geluid van Draaimolen.
