Last weekend was the perfect opening for summer season! The third edition of Het Hapjesfestijn was a huge success and we want to thank everyone involved that made it happen. Even if the past few days have been chilly, our hearts are still warmed by the people (and food) that made the event unforgettable.
Our goal has always been to bring together great food, drinks, and music, but the most important ingredient is the beautiful people that come and connect at our events. We appreciate everyone that came through and shared the weekend with us.

Sabato is an Amsterdam-based catering studio serving Mediterranean-inspired food with a modern twist. They create food experiences for events, private dinners, pop-ups and brand collaborations, always combining comfort food with clean, contemporary styling.
Rooted in Greek, Italian, Turkish and Levantine flavours, Sabato brings together the kind of food that is meant to be shared. For Hapjesfestijn, they serve juicy böreks/phyllo pastries with traditional Greek and fresh Mediterranean fillings, alongside vibrant dipping sauces â flaky, buttery comfort food at its best.
