Friday, April 10, 18:00-20:00, The Living Archive of Political Design hosts its first publishing event, giving out 5 texts connected to the effects of generative AI on visual culture. This event will take place at Garg bookstore, Hofsvallagata 16, 101 Reykjavík.
There will be a presentation about the archive research project as well as reading of some of the texts that will be available at the event. Texts by: Adam Flint, Johann Joesten, Simon Toolin, Sólveig Björnsdóttir, and in collaboration with Maximilian Conrad (University of Iceland).
The Living Archive of Political Design is a research project run by Adam Flint Taylor, Associate Professor of Visual Communication at Iceland University of the Arts. The project was generously funded by the IUA Research Fund. Research Assistants are: Johann Joesten, María Vignir, Una Erlín Baldursdóttir, and Vilborg María Arnard. Kuzminova.
