Shred Alert! Performing with @silasherman_@lucas_white@bakerman970 & @randykelley71 was a moment I’ll never forget. Lucas and I met at Rocky Grass last summer and stayed up til near sunrise jamming & having the best time. I knew our paths would cross again. Silas, thank you for the invite to join you on your set. It was a musical highlight with moments that pushed the limits to new horizons. You’re not only a nasty mandolin player but one of the sweetest people in the world. If bluegrass were a vehicle this band would be a well-oiled hotrod truck shredding over every pot hole in Baja with ease. Can’t wait to pick with you fellas again!

What an amazing time at Mike Gordon's studio opening party. The studio is a creative & technical masterpiece, a true work of art, and in a setting that's pure magic. Mike is not only one of the greatest musicians ever, but also someone who's super generous to his community, always giving back and helping others along their way. It's an honor to call him my friend. It was the perfect fall day in Vermont for this celebration. Can't wait to lay down some tracks here someday!

Steel feelin’ it! from the @vtreggaefest last weekend! Got to hang with VT legends Bobby & Dannis Hackney of Lambsbread and played with one of my musical heroes, Don ‘Quennie’ Quenneville and the Channel 2 Dub Band. Some of my fondest memories of making music in Vermont are with this band. It’s always a great hang with these guys! Here’s to the revival of the Vermont Reggae Festival, let’s do it again in 2026!

We won the Podunk Bluegrass Band Competition! There were some great bands we competed against and nerves ran high but we did it! So proud to represent the VT music scene. Its an honor to be making music with these guys, and I'm very stoked to be part of the official lineup at the Podunk Festival next summer... and also for all the momentum we're feeling right now. We'll be live at The Tillerman in Bristol, VT tomorrow, Aug 13, from 6-8pm...it's a great time to catch us fresh off the festival competition win!

Fun to shoot @jesseraysmith for the 4th of July celebration at the Burlington waterfront. The gale force winds and torrential rain took out everything on the stage right before showtime but they rallied and pared down to a duo and totally sent it! Here's a little of an original song of Jesse's called 'North of Nowhere'
Not an easy shoot w all the gear getting wet and shooting in soaking clothes, but I'm proud we pulled it off! Thanks to Matt Doliver for saving our gear during the downpour and for pulling us all together!
