We recently hosted our first Men’s intro to Reformer Pilates event in collaboration with @reformcore & @commonbondwellness , and it’s safe to say it won’t be the last!
We brought 15 guys down who were put through their paces in a class led by Jummy Bankole @_tealeafdancer and it was a spicy session for sure 🔥
