We all know how hard @ivyjozimek_ works, we see it every day. Tomorrow that effort will be rewarded as her 5th placed ranking in APAC earns her the opportunity to race in the Elite 15 for the first time.
At just 21 years old, it’s something pretty special.
She has been absolutely dominating her age group for some time now, and although lots of these girls are much older and more experienced - I bet our girl takes it right up to them 😤

WEEK 6 – INTENSIFICATION
STRONG - It is nothing but Back Squats tomorrow for Part A as we really dial up the intensity. We are looking for a single rep at around 95% of your goal 1RM. Next week we take it back a notch and return to volume.
LEAN - Split sets are an amazing way to balance volume training whilst still lifting heavy in a controlled and effective way.
