Usually I ain’t a Kent boy, bit too hilly for me, but cycling from Ashford to Canterbury with the boys from @activ_cycles actually wasn’t too bad. Sidekick @herculesnbruce was there to supervise.

Our crowdfunder ends at midnight tonight (Sunday). Here’s a short teaser from One Ride at a Time — a film documenting a 3,000km / 30,000m cycling journey through Morocco, Spain, and Portugal.
It’s about landscapes, the people I meet along the way, and opening up conversations around mental health — with the aim to inspire through movement, connection, and story.
The project doesn’t stop at the film. It will grow into screenings, talks, AV exhibitions, and community cycling projects.

On the move again yesterday towards Tangier. 246km/153miles and 2,000+metres elevation left to complete the Moroccon section of #onerideatatime before heading to Spain then Portugal, to take on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.
The Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), built in 1913 (110+ years old), is the iconic entrance to Fes’ medina—marking the gateway into the old city.
This day had new challeges, morning heat and a thunder storm...
