Currently voiceless, resting until my voice decides to return, and quietly reflecting on my work so far this year that required so much of my voice. Feels like the universe might be trying to remind me not to take my voice for granted.
Here are some behind-the-scenes highlights from a film I worked on last month which explores the meaning of consciousness (yes, we shot it on green screen because reality is expensive).
In this story, I marry the man of my dreams, then die and haunt him as an "attention wave" in his "pre-consciousness" (not to be confused with the "SUBconscious") to help elevate his awareness and offer pearls of wisdom like: where your attention goes, your life follows.
I love working on films that question philosophical ideas and force me to forget my ego for a while. I also enjoy working with artists like @michaelhowell223 who drive me even crazier than I already am. Just when it feels like I might be settling into some delusion of contentment, all I have to do is collaborate with Michael to disturb my peace and drive me further into madness.
My favorite messages of this film are...maybe don’t let AI hijack your mind. You can consciously control your attention. Be mindful about what you consume and where you direct your focus. Maintain freedom within.
