I guess I’ll take this time to let y’all know that I have ✨a NEW CLASS✨ on the schedule at Challenge Aerial! It’s a 4 Week Trapeze Spinning Series starting Saturday April 20th at 1:15pm & it’s focused on spinning techniques high set and low set trapezes. we discuss how to use your breath while you spin, how to stand on the bar while spinning, & how to use your flares more effectively. my classes focused on spinning usually fill up pretty fast so I would jump in there now while you still can! the link to the challenge aerial schedule is in my bioOooooOo ✨✨✨✨✨✨

@trapezeovercolorado was so fun that i barely pulled my phone out to document a single thing….hopefully i don’t regret that when im older….but even with a memory that continues to deteriorate as i age….i have a feeling ill still never forget this and all that the experience has given me….
in summary,
i got to teach authentic movement and low flow skills to a sold out class
i got to perform with so many incredible and talented artists
i got to meet, train and play with people i have wanted to meet for years, people i never thought i’d meet, people that ive missed and people that i love seeing again and again in these spaces with me
and i am just….in awe

i’ve officially been an atl resident for ten years. a whole decade….i can without a doubt say that living here has truly transformed me in a way that i’ll always and forever appreciate. this city is rich in culture and heart. it’s like one big hug from your mama down here. and i cherish all the blessings that atl has brought to me and my little life.
