Feel like you working hard every session but getting no-where?
Chances are you're stuck in the maintenance phase.
If you're not pushing 5 to 10 percent beyond your current level, you're not progressing. You're maintaining. Or worse, regressing.
Here's what 5 to 10 percent harder actually looks like:
→ Hold a skill for longer
→ Change your arm or leg position to a new variation
→ Link two known skills together
→ Add control, an extra rep, or in a sequence
Comfort zone training works perfectly as a warm up. But every real training session needs a counterpart.
Push into new territory. One drill. One skill. One level up.
Don't save new skills for the end when you're tired. Try them just after warming up, when your brain and body are fresh.
