Golden hour finds its way through the garden… and somehow, everything slows down. At Rústico, the evening begins before you even sit at the table. You walk in between herbs and flowers, a drink in hand, the light getting softer, the mountains turning gold. There’s music somewhere in the background, fire starting to crackle, and the table already waiting. From the first pour to the last bite, it all happens in rhythm, the grill, the kitchen, the wine, the people around you. Nothing feels rushed, everything feels intentional. This is what evenings at Rústico look like. But more than that, it’s what they feel like. A farm-to-table dinner set within our circular garden, where the menu follows the season and each course is paired with wines selected for the night.
