ACH Group launches new recruitment video, ‘Turn a job, into your career’
We’re excited to launch our new workforce recruitment video, ‘Turn a job, into your career’ featuring six ACH Group employees and their stories of career progression, learning and development at ACH Group.
This video has been designed to celebrate the energy, professionalism, and career growth opportunities that define modern aged care at ACH Group. It shows the pride and purpose behind the work we do every day and reinforces that aged care is a dynamic, rewarding career path.
A big thank you to Mary-Anne, Bianca, Mark, Kaveesha, Erica, and Ish for sharing the exciting possibilities a career at ACH Group can bring.
A little help truly can be a big help! We're thrilled to unveil our new TV commercial, "A Little Help Can Be a Big Help," highlighting the everyday realities of ageing and the positive impact of home care services.
Inspired by customer insight, this campaign explores how ageing often unfolds gradually through small but relatable challenges like reaching high shelves or lifting heavy loads of washing. While the signs of ageing can be subtle, they can have a significant impact on a person’s independence and overall wellbeing. At ACH Group, we are here to support older South Australians to live well in their own homes for longer.
This campaign comes at an important time as we transition to the new Support at Home program in November. We're promoting our services now to help older South Australians understand how home care can support their independence and how ACH Group care feels.
Watch our new TVC and discover how our personalised support can help you or your loved ones live a fulfilling life, on your terms, in the comfort of your own home.
A throwback to this time last week, and the moments just before Passport to Song began.
The audience arrived, choir members took their places, and the room filled with anticipation. The atmosphere was electric!
Stay tuned for Part 2 — Sing for Joy takes centre stage 🎶
It’s often the little moments that create the strongest connections. 💫
At Kapara Residential Care Home, our Engagement Leads shared a joyful and uplifting session with Annie Harvey (@thestilleffect ), Human Capability Speaker and Gelotologist, exploring mindfulness, presence and laughter therapy.
With plenty of smiles and shared laughter, the session offered simple, practical ways to pause, reset and reconnect - showing how small shifts can support calm, wellbeing and connection in everyday life. 😊
Our Engagement Leads play a vital role in helping residents feel engaged, valued and connected, especially for those living with dementia or experiencing social isolation. Experiences like this support the care, warmth and presence they bring into our homes each day. 🌻
🎉 A big thank you to Annie for sharing your insights, warmth and practical wisdom, Michelle Williamson, Community Connector Lead for organising the session, and to our Engagement Leads for the important work you do every day.

🌸 Mother’s Day was celebrated across all ACH Group residential homes, honouring the love and guidance of the incredible mums and mother figures in our community. 💐
At ViTA, residents and families came together for a Mother’s Day High Tea, raising a glass of bubbles in celebration of the many journeys of motherhood.
A beautiful photo wall created the perfect backdrop to capture the moment, while thoughtful gifts were shared as a token of appreciation.
🌸 Thank you to residents, families, staff and volunteers for being part of the celebration.🤩
Thank you, fellow travellers 💙✈️
The Passport to Song Concert was an amazing journey across songs, stories, generations and moments that matter.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who brought this experience to life — Kellie Kulinski for her seamless leadership, Alex De Porteous for guiding us so warmly as MC, and Kirsty de Leeuw, James McCluskey-Garcia and Paul Sinkinson for your care, creativity and musical leadership. A special thank you to Katey Elding, Head of Social & Retirement Living, for her leadership and belief in the power of programs like Sing for Joy. We would also like to thank all staff, volunteers and partners who worked tirelessly to make this event possible.
As Katey Elding reflected, “We talk a lot about connection and on Saturday, you could actually feel it. In the way people showed up, in the way they supported each other, and in the standard they held themselves to.”
And to our audience - thank you for travelling with us and reminding us that connection and community matter 💫
What a way to bring the Passport to Song journey home - we’re still taking it all in ✈️🎶
A huge thank you to our Choir Directors, the incredible Sing for Joy choirs, and the families, friends and supporters who joined us from check‑in to curtain call.
And to the team at @Adelaide Entertainment Centre for helping us create such a memorable destination. 👏🏼
We’ll be sharing more highlights from the journey in the coming days. If you travelled with us, we’d love to see your favourite moments. 💜
