IDENTITÀ CONTEMPORANEA: l’abito, le community, il riconoscersi. FORMA 2026 confirmed itself as an important opportunity for dialogue, research, and experimentation, creating a space where fashion, identity, and creativity could meet through an open and multidisciplinary exchange. Accademia del Lusso actively took part in this initiative, reinforcing its commitment to offering students meaningful and confirming learning experiences, in constant connection with the evolution of the contemporary landscape. Throughout the event, talks, conversations, and performances brought together students, professionals, and industry leaders to reflect on the themes shaping today’s fashion system: from subcultures and new identities to the sense of belonging, the role of communities, and fashion as a language of both personal and collective expression. The program was further enriched by the presence of special guests and internationally renowned figures from the fashion industry, including Maria Grazia Chiuri, Olivier Theyskens, Sara Sozzani Maino, Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna, Carolina Cucinelli, and David Koma, who shared insights, experiences, and perspectives on the future of the sector. An immersive experience that highlighted new visions, creative processes, and perspectives on the future of fashion, with a strong focus on younger generations, experimentation, cross-disciplinary contamination, and innovation. IDENTITÀ CONTEMPORANEA: l’abito, le community, il riconoscersi. Creativity grows through experience, exchange, and real-world connections. FORMA 2026 was an inspiring opportunity for our students to step into a space where fashion, art, and culture meet. Through installations, performances, talks, and shared conversations, they were able to present their projects, exchange perspectives, and connect with creatives and industry professionals. Moments like these go beyond the classroom, offering valuable exposure, fresh inspiration, and meaningful networking opportunities that help shape both personal and professional growth. A special thank you to @forma_moda_roma , @alessandro_onorato , @roma , @turismoromaweb , @angelilliroberta and @regionelazio.official for making this event possible. #Forma2026 #AccademiaDelLusso #FashionEducation #Roma

When education meets real industry challenges Through Work Week, Accademia del Lusso gives students the opportunity to move beyond the classroom and work on real projects for real companies. This year, students collaborated with @orsettamantovani developing a new communication strategy and a 360° rebranding project designed to connect the brand with a younger audience. Working in multidisciplinary teams across Design, Brand Management, Styling and Communication, they reimagined the brand’s digital presence, from website development to new communication channels. The week concluded with final presentations delivered directly to the brand’s CEO. A hands-on experience designed to transform academic knowledge into real-world skills. The Turbanti Portraits ✨ Yesterday, our exhibition Turbanti came to a close a project shaped through the dialogue between the individuality of the models of @modelli_si_nasce_official and the creativity of our Styling students, guided by lecturer and artist @muccinoamatulli . At the heart of the project are unique and exclusive turbans, created by the students through a multifaceted creative workshop in which styling became a tool for research, experimentation, and the celebration of individuality. These symbolic creations honor strengths, qualities, and vulnerabilities through 35 photographic portraits by photographer @roberto_autuori , featuring autistic models wearing the turbans. Thirty-five canvases invite viewers to pause, observe, and recognize in the uniqueness of each face a story worth telling. As Turbanti comes to a close, it leaves behind an open reflection on the value of creative languages as tools for inclusion, awareness, and storytelling. A special thank you to @muccinoamatulli , @modelli_si_nasce_official , and @casamuseoboncompagniludovisi for making this project possible.

Design Week 2026 ✨ The project is set within the context of contemporary retail, defined by reduced temporality, spatial flexibility, and a strong visual identity. In this scenario, display design is no longer just an exhibition support, but a true spatial and narrative device. Students developed their proposals following three key directions: – sustainability, through the use of recycled and reclaimed materials – flexibility, with modular and adaptable systems – identity, by creating a coherent language between form, function, and storytelling From concept to material selection and technical development, each stage of the project required a strategic and structured approach. The project resulted in modular display systems, designed to be assembled, disassembled, and reused, with integrated display and storage solutions. A journey that reflects the course’s main objective: training students to combine aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. 📍Discover more about the Interior Design course through the link in bio!

It’s not just Milan Design Week. ✨ For students, it’s a key moment of learning, where theory and practice meet outside the classroom. Throughout the week, professors guide an immersive journey through exhibitions, installations, and creative districts, turning Milan into a real space for learning. Direct observation and discussion become concrete tools for understanding. We started at Stecca 3.0, then Fabbrica del Vapore, and finally the Museum of Italian Design at Triennale Milano: each stop became an opportunity for study and analysis. In the heart of the city, installations by Mutti, Gucci, Chiquita, and Gentle Monster turned products into visual and narrative experiences. The journey ended at Palazzo Litta, where design entered into dialogue with historical architecture, between contemporary language and memory. Taking part in Design Week means training a more conscious eye on languages, trends, and innovation. A real extension of the academic path. 🎨🎓 #milanodesignweek #designtok #innovationdesign

From art to fabric, from fashion to art. At #MilanDesignWeek, Accademia del Lusso presented a project that brings together fashion, art, and interior design in a vibrant dialogue inspired by a bold visual universe of color, energy, and decorative strength. Developed by Fashion Design students, the project began with an in-depth exploration of the expressive language of French artist Niki de Saint Phalle. Through her use of color, symbolic forms, and ornamental richness, students translated these elements into a series of original textile prints, later crafted into 8 exclusive garments under the guidance of faculty expert @pompasrenata . The project expanded beyond fashion thanks to the contribution of Interior Design and Fashion Styling students, who created accessories and spatial elements using the same textile patterns, extending the visual language into the entire exhibition space. The result is a truly interdisciplinary experience, highlighting the power of creative languages when they intersect and engage in dialogue. An important cultural journey for our professionals to be —and a reminder of how deeply connected art and fashion have always been. A special thank you to our sponsors @boselli1898 , @nelcolore , and Edyscambi Italia, and once again to Renata Pompas for her vision and guidance in shaping this project. And thank you to everyone who visited the exhibition!
