As the year draws to a close and the anniversary of the Eaton Fire nears, we offer this poetry reading as a chance to hold space, join with the community, and collectively process. This event will showcase local poets sharing their writing out of the fires in LA, and profits will be donated to @scribble.community to support their subsidized therapy for 30+ fire survivors. The impact of the fire goes far beyond the material. We grieve our 19 neighbors who perished, our tree canopy, our environment, and sense of safety and belonging.
