**now on view at @bklynlibrary until Jan 25, 2026** Immigrant Manifesto (or, a manifesto against borders) Wrote this for a school project a couple years ago, wanted to share it now due to the anti-immigration rhetoric that has been building at an alarming rate in the USA, Canada and all over the world. Would like to one day print it as an actual passport including a works cited of the sources I looked at when I wrote this. When arguing against deportation and immigrant criminalization, please don’t only use “who will cook your food” as your sole argument. We are more than just a workforce! “The immigrant armada that us coming to your shores is actually a rescue fleet.” Read the full manifesto on my website - stay tuned for whenever I get around to re-editing and printing it if you would like a copy! Systems of Display, taken at @mnantropologia , 2023 Thats a wrap on @banffcentre Early Career Artist in Residence Program, it was a really amazing experience that wouldn’t have been made possible for me to attend without the scholarship provided by @cibc — really thankful for the cohort that I was able to spend the last 5 weeks with, including the faculty @nourbishouty , Jacob Korczynski & @isabellesully and facilitators like @jasondeary & @chelseayangsmith to name a few of the many wonderful people that make Banff what it is! Excited to get to share more of the work that I created in my time there ⛰️🏔️
