From humble beginnings to hosting Omaha’s most unforgettable events, Abraham Catering has been a family legacy since 1951. ✨
Founded by George and Josephine Abraham (1st picture), the vision was simple: bring people together with incredible food.
Their son, Hap (2nd picture on the left), took that vision even further. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he transformed the small business into Nebraska’s largest catering company.
By the early 1970s, Abraham Catering had made a name for itself through iconic dinner theater contracts.
In 1995, Hap’s daughter Jennifer and her husband Brian (2nd picture) joined the company, helping to expand its reach, venues, and offerings.
In June 2025, we welcomed the fourth generation into the family business (3rd picture). Max, son of Jennifer and Brian, alongside his long time girlfriend Molly will be learning the ropes, carrying on a legacy built on hard work, hospitality, and heart.
