Placed 45th of 268 overall and 21st of 95 in Civilian Optics Division at the 2026 Southeast Law Enforcement Handgun Classic Presented by Vortex (@southeasthandgunclassic ) in Oak Ridge, TN, at the Oak Ridge Sportsman's Association Action Pistol Range.
A ten-stage major competition with a ton of talent was held over the last weekend, with three days of shooters competing.
What an absolute blast! I'm proud of the progress I've made recently, and my standings in the competition definitely show some of my growth.
Already looking forward to next year's match!

Day 2 of @mclearnoutdoors class was eye opening in multiple ways for me. First and foremost today showed me I can be a lot more aggressive in every single area of my shooting and still put up good points (not great points). Secondly, the work we did with the “crash” and shooting while moving was huge. I have felt “comfortable” shooting on the move however today’s work with hip direction changes really really helped me a ton.
I’m excited for the future and even more excited to get an opportunity to shoot Buckeye with him in a month.
If you have the opportunity to get a class in with Isaac, you should. The class was fun, informational, and he took the time to dial things in with people who were struggling with certain things.
Also, was given the opportunity to run the @gowutar_official GP-9 dot this weekend and decided to move to it for the foreseeable future. Will provide more feedback over the next few months as I put more rounds through it, but was very happy with it.
As always the @oakammollc 135gr ran flawlessly with zero malfunctions this weekend
The @abprototype ran like a top and provided fast and accurate!!
This stage causes me pain…… cost me the LO match. Did this nearly 5 seconds faster the 2nd run because I didn’t have to come back for a barrel strike or waste time leaning farther. Small things compounding to big consequences…. That’s what I’m working on right now. Consistency.

If you’ve followed me on here or Reddit for long, you’ll know I don’t care too much about classifiers. I treat them the same as any other stage. I really like the 25 series because I can run them like the stages we do normally see.
Really happy with the progress I’ve made in shooting on the move. I felt super confident on these shots and felt like I was in control the entire time.
