Norwegian Farmhouse Ale (NFA v1.5) - 4.7%
Brewed with a traditional kveik yeast, Voss, isolated from Norway and a small amount of fresh spruce tips harvested from remote locations of Northern BC and Northern Ontario. We also added some Chinook hops to layer in with the spruce. The resulting beer has a marked tartness with some pine, earth, and moderate citrus notes.

Cheesecake Sour (CCS v1.10) - 6.0%
Brewed with 2row, wheat, victory malt and milk sugar (lactose) for a full body with a residual sweetness. Soured with our clean souring blend. Conditioned with coconut, cream, vanilla, and cream cheese. The result is a stunning creamy coconut cheesecake sour.
