@thevintagefashionchallenge favorite decade! It’s 1940’s for me! I’ve always been drawn to the wide lapels and bold ties of that era. The tan overcoat I’m wearing was custom made in 1944! One of my best finds. Today is Day 7 of @thevintagefashionchallenge and the color is Purple. I don’t wear a lot of purple but I have these from the last trip to Paris with @ehranjade The story of how these pictures happened is quite funny. I left a suitcase on a train and it was dropped off in a small medieval town so we had to go and get it. Day #2 of @thevintagefashionchallenge and it’s style evolution. This one is fun because I’ve always worn ties and dressed up my entire life. It’s been something that been at the core of who I am for as long as I have memories. Some great pictures of me growing up and dressed up over the years. I really think my parents thought I would outgrow it but it got worse as I got older hahaha. The picture when I’m wearing my first tails tuxedo is a very memorable one. It was for a wedding I got to be in and I got to pick my tuxedo and I chose tails. I was so excited. Tails is still my favorite to this day #vintage #1940s #thevintagefashionchallenge #vintagestyle
