We are closing in on the end of 2025. Almost every single day I think about the absolute joy and honor it is to play music. It’s something I dreamed about doing as a little kid and I want to say a huge thanks to all the people who have made that dream a reality. Thank you for hiring me and trusting me with your art everyone! Let’s make more in 2026.

I took myself to the desert and the desert took me in. While giants played with jumbo rocks the lizards held on tight by their tiny sticky hands. The trees, like toothpicks spit out from the sky, reached out to be picked up again. I imagined that if I stretched my arms out wide enough this prickly paradise playground would know exactly where to place me.
What a year 2024 has been. I want to say a huge thanks to all these artists who have invited me into their musical journeys via these albums, singles, and live recordings this year. I know how vulnerable making music can be and to be trusted with the process is something I never take for granted.
There are a few producers/engineers that I would like to thank.
Working with @andyrecording has made me a better musician in every way. His insight and direction is something I have come to admire more and more every year. Andy has invited me on more projects than I can count at this point and I am so grateful to have him in my life.
My dear friend Nate Yaccino who is way too cool for Instagram but is one of the most down to earth and inviting people I know. Nate’s attention to detail and musical genius has helped me become a better arranger and listener.
@j_r_d_n_ who I have gotten to know over the last couple years and is always rooting for people and making an inviting space for everyone in the room.
I absolutely love my job and am so very grateful to spend so much of my time on this earth doing something so meaningful.
I got a little teary eyed running through Saginaw Forest today. My body is tired after three weeks on the road but it can still get outside and travel through beautiful places and for that I am grateful. What a gift life is.
