Often times our pain becomes our purpose.
There’s lots of times I wish I could go back and get a “do-over” with what I know now, but the reality is: this path is exactly where I’m meant to be.
As I enter this next chapter to pursue my masters in integrative health and functional sports nutrition, I’m thankful that God has used painful parts of my story to hopefully help others.
The more I’ve shared this, the more I’ve realized how many athletes have the exact same story. When I was in the thick of it all, I felt so lonely and misunderstood. If I can help one athlete learn how to fuel better or feel less alone or not have to get to where I did - it’s all worth it.
I’m excited to share this journey with you all as I pursue a big next step - MS, CNS coming soon. ✨
Big shout out to @portagelearning for helping make this happen with remote classes. If you have any questions about the program I’ve chosen or the journey to get here, I am here to help!
I’ve got something cooking for you all (quite literally) and we are launching January 1. 👀
Really excited to put this out there, as this is a dream I’ve been working on the last couple of years! Huge thanks to @maxrhulen & @sandandsaltstudio for helping this dream come to life. ✨
More info soon. 🫶🏼
High Cascades ‘24 in the books! ✅
Coming off of a nursing an injury and not having the training I wanted, I was nervous about tackling 100 miles of single track. I went in with no expectations, and took the pressure off of myself. I raced with gratitude - thankful for my body that allows me to do crazy things, thankful for friends I’ve met through this sport, and thankful God gave me this opportunity.
We consumed lot of gels, as well as dust, but somehow I felt much better than expected for most of the day. Even managed to squeeze in a spot on the podium. 5th female overall amongst some fast ladies. So here’s your reminder to show up, even when you’re a little nervous about it, you never know what might happen. ✨
Huge thanks to @julianabicycles for the fastest (and cutest) rig around. 🫶🏼
There’s a big difference between “sports nutrition” and actually fueling your body well. 👏🏼
As an endurance athlete and nutritionist, I’m always looking for products that support performance without all the artificial ingredients, dyes, and fillers that are so common in the sports industry.
Loving the new sports line from @just.ingredients.sports because it’s focused on clean ingredients while still supporting hydration, energy, and recovery. I’ve been using it for track workouts, training days, and recovery when I need support that actually feels good in my body.
Because women deserve sports nutrition that supports long-term health and performance. ⚡️

Watching my sisters become mothers is one of the most beautiful things I’ve experienced in this life. Had some special away-time this weekend, and beyond thankful for baby cuddles, girl giggles, and all the love. 💛 🏕️🌞💫
🌎🌲🌞💫
It never gets old.
Not once have I watched a sunset and thought, “just like always.”
Each one feels new, like the sky is reminding me to slow down, to look up, to take it in.
I’ve never stood at a mountain lake without feeling that quiet kind of awe. The mountains don’t lose their wonder. The ocean never stops bringing me peace. And rainbows; still catch me off guard, still bring tears to my eyes every time.
There’s something about this earth ,wild, steady, and endlessly beautiful, that refuses to become ordinary.
And maybe that’s the point.
To notice it.
To take care of it.
To never stop being amazed by it. 🌎✨
“The earth is full of His unfailing love.” — Psalm 33:5
So many questions lately about this chaotic little thing called Hyrox 😅 We’ve been putting in the work, and wow - it takes a lot just to be average at this sport. But hey, we’re out here giving it our best, getting a little better every day, and having a whole lot of fun in the process. I figured it’s be fun to share a current little training split on what a week typically looks like. Big S/O to @outlierathlete for programming and training plan. (If you’re looking for a coach for your next adventure I highly recommend).
Will ski mediocre snow for an Aperol spritz and time with my people. I’m so lucky to call these humans (and pups) my friends. 🥂
