I’ve been given a lot of mad opportunities but this is mental haha I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m playing the grand ole opry on the 19th of June. I feel like I keep saying this but this is a dream come true @opry
A few weeks ago before tour I did a trip around some county’s in ireland I’d never played. Went back to pubs and played like I had done for ten years. Absolutely loved it. Thanks to all the amazing musicians who let me join them, and the bars for letting me play. It’s live on YouTube now ☘️
Episode 265 w/ @aaronrowe__
Aaron Rowe has been blowing up, with hit songs like Hey Ma, sold out gigs and crowds that blow the roof off. He joined us this week after an incredible show in the Academy.
He told us about his journey from being afraid to tell his friends he played guitar to standing on stage in front of thousands of people opening for Ed Sheeran and Sam Fender.
Aaron got his big break when he was playing in a pub on Camden St and Lewis Capaldi walked in. He explained how life has changed since that moment, what’s next for him and why so many of the songs he writes don’t get heard
