Every Olympic year, Bell invites its partners to join them in the host city as they cheer on Team Canada. With the 2024 Games in Paris, a city renowned for art, culture, and food, we set the tone through a tasting of the French capital’s most iconic confection: the macaron.
Five macarons were developed exclusively for the invite, pairing the Olympic ring colours with a distinctly French flavour profile. When combined together, the five macarons formed the five Olympic rings. From Brie de Meaux representing the blue ring to French 75 for yellow, the result was a window into the Paris Games and the city’s rich culinary culture and savoir-faire.
