Proud to share Quantum Global’s new 4,300 sq.ft. office in JLT - designed by AAID around a powerful narrative inspired by crude oil: formed deep beneath the earth over eons, shaped by geological forces, and transformed into the energy that powers the modern world.
We translated that journey into the workplace through layered materials, earthy textures, and organic architectural forms that echo the strata below. The outcome is a warm, inviting environment that supports focus, collaboration, and connection.

The employee-centric floors are shaped around flexibility and functionality - creating spaces where teams can work, collaborate, socialise, and recharge.
From quiet focus booths to dynamic collaboration zones, the design prioritises wellbeing while supporting motivation, productivity, and connection throughout the day.
Working closely with the EY client team and aligning with the global playbook, we’ve delivered a workplace that genuinely reflects EY’s values and ways of working.

Thrilled to reveal our latest project with @bainandcompany — our third collaboration with this incredible client.
Following the Dubai and Doha offices, Bain & Company entrusted AAID to design their new 13,000 sq. ft. Riyadh workspace: a modern, high-performance environment deeply connected to Saudi culture.
Rooted in the idea of progression, the design blends global workplace standards with subtle cultural storytelling — from region-inspired zones and AlUla/Thee Ain material references, to bespoke ceiling details echoing traditional Bedouin weaving.
Highlights include:
• A zoning strategy inspired by Saudi Arabia’s diverse regions
• Flexible work settings aligned with Bain global standards
• Skyfold-enabled rooms for agile reconfiguration
• A vibrant café/event hub
• Biophilia, smart tech and daylight control enhancing well-being

AAID’s latest project for VCM in Riyadh’s @kafd translates the organisation’s environmental mission into a purposeful, human-centred workplace.
Spanning 1,300 sqm, the headquarters VCM, owned by @publicinvestmentfund is more than an office - it’s a physical reflection of the company’s commitment to preserving and enhancing the natural environment.
Guided by the concept ‘Elemental’, the design draws inspiration from the four classical elements - earth, water, air, and fire - each expressed through texture, tone, and materiality.
Delivered by INC Group, the result is a workplace that embodies balance, well-being, and sustainability, where design and purpose exist in harmony.
