We had a wonderful time attending @pecoconnect Signature Taste of Asia event in celebration of AAPI Heritage Month. Thank you to our longtime partner, PECO, for continuing to create spaces that celebrate culture, community, and connection.
We were especially proud to see our member, @thedodobakery , participating and sharing delicious samples with attendees throughout the evening.
Events like this are a great reminder of how food and culture can bring communities together. Thank you again, PECO, for your continued partnership and support 🥰
Today, tomorrow, and everyday, we celebrate you.
Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers out there ❤️ God created mothers to be a special, loving presence because He could not be everywhere. They were crafted as caregivers to nurture, provide unconditional love, heal with a kiss, and possess “three pairs of eyes” to guide children, often operating on little sleep and intense devotion. Essentially, mothers are created to be a blessing from above, designed with strength, wisdom, and the “warmest heart” to guide children toward fulfilling their purpose. We thank you for making our lives brighter every single day 🙏
Thank you to @grandpalacephilly , @aaccgp , @senatorsaval , @repmaryisaacson , @rep_fiedler , all our presenters, and everyone who attended for helping to make last week's Small Business Expo a success. I remain committed to ensuring that small businesses have the support they need to grow.
To start off National Small Business Week, we were thrilled to attend the Indonesian Food Festival this weekend! From incredible dishes to meaningful connections with Indonesian small businesses, it was a wonderful celebration of culture, community, and entrepreneurship. Thank you to ICGP and Masjid Al-Falah for organizing such a vibrant and welcoming experience. We’re grateful to be part of it! 🥰😋
National Small Business Week is an opportunity to honor and recognize the essential role small businesses play in strengthening our economy and communities. It highlights the dedication, resilience, and innovation of small business owners, and encourages us to continue supporting and uplifting them as key drivers of local and national success 🎉👏🔥
🌟 Congratulations to @andytoy30 on receiving the well-deserved Community Service Award from the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation @chinatownpcdc
PCDC’s 60th Anniversary Gala at the National Constitution Center is the perfect event to kick off AAPI Heritage Month. For six decades, PCDC has been a powerful advocate for Chinatown and the Asian American community — championing preservation, equity, and growth.
Special congratulations to founder Cecilia Moy, John Chin and the entire leadership team. Your dedication continues to inspire us all to give back to the community 🙏
Andy, thank you for your many years of dedicated service on the Board and Advisory Committee of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia . As a transplant, I’m especially grateful for the warm friendship, generous guidance and countless introductions to key connections from Andy and another wonderful community leader @carol.s.wong who has been serving on PCDC Board since 2001. You’ve both helped make our chamber’s work far more meaningful.

As we kick off Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month today, we celebrate the vibrant cultures, rich histories, and powerful contributions of AAPI communities that continue to strengthen and enrich our nation.
This year’s theme — Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together — feels especially meaningful as we honor our shared heritage while building brighter economic futures.
Many thanks to our colleagues at the Philadelphia Department of Commerce for visiting the site of our Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia members’ newest project. This exciting initiative beautifully bridges cultural heritage with economic attraction, creating lasting value for our communities once completed.
We’re incredibly excited to support this project and can’t wait to share more updates on its progress in the coming months.
In the meantime, there are so many business and investment opportunities available right now through our network. We warmly invite you to join our upcoming events, connect with us, and explore how we can collaborate and grow together. 🗓️/events/
Here’s to celebrating our heritage and creating new opportunities side by side

AACCGP President & CEO joined fellow Diverse Chambers leaders at today’s press conference as the city showcased its bid to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention alongside DNC Chair Ken Martin.
With more hotel rooms than ever, upgraded facilities at the Convention Center and Sports Complex, and its historic role as the birthplace of American democracy, Philadelphia is ready to deliver an unforgettable event.
Hosting this convention would bring a major economic boost to our city — filling hotels, supporting local restaurants, businesses, and service providers, and creating real opportunities across every sector. We’re especially energized by the potential for greater visibility and partnerships for Asian American businesses and professionals in Philadelphia.
Events like this lift up our entire community. Let’s bring the 2028 DNC to Philly! 💙
