This week we celebrated among friends, family and community from across Scotland. A moment that’s been six years in the making. Six years of planning, building, and dreaming for Aymeric to finally have a workshop of his own. A space to grow, to make, and to take on bigger projects. Thank you to everyone who came across to support, it meant so much to see your faces there <3
When I think back to those early days, just the two of us in a big empty space, pressing boards, experimenting with draff and imagining what could be, it’s hard to believe the day finally came or that it’s actually the same space! Ive included some photos of the same space so you can see how far it’s come. I remember it being so cold, now it’s warm and busy with people.
Mic is the most humble, joyful and hard-working person I know. @a_renoud , you deserve this so much after everything you’ve poured into it. I feel so lucky to have been even a small part of it with you.
And a huge thank you to all our friends and family who’ve supported Draff along the way, especially @71brewdunc , for always believing in his process and giving him the space and time to grow.
The workshop is open 🧰 🔨 🍾
Time for a pint! 🍻
Absolutely chuffed to finally share some images of this bespoke bar and shelving for our neighbours @canvasdundee@71brewing
Solid oak, triangle tile and powder coated steel, it has been such an interesting one to bring to life!
Go check this brilliant new event space on Ure street, Dundee📍
Brilliant tiling job done by @wd_heating_plumbing

Scotland you didn’t disappoint one more time!
Amazing 2 days bikepacking around the Cairngorms, all sort of weather as expected! Strong tailwind going up Cairnwell Pass which was definitely welcomed after a tough start from Blair Athol following a narrow single track beneath Beinn a’ Ghlò. Night stop in Ballater for a well deserved pizza before hitting the road again in the morning towards Tomitoul (best egg baguette/roll ever from the old fire station tea room, when 🇫🇷 🥖 meet 🏴🥓🍳 ). Tail wind the day before meant we would face head wind as soon as we head south again once passing Granton on Spey but the smoothest of the Speyside way made it nice and easy with an amazing gravel descent toward Aviemore. Last push following Edendon water where emergency scotch egg were needed before catching up with the old A9 and a fast descent towards Blair Athol with the sun set in our back 🙂 👌
In 7 days time we tackle a 600km gravel route, taking in most of the #badgerdivide (south to north). Praying for good weather and plenty of cake stops. Can’t wait… Wish us luck.
