Danny McBride’s character from the movie Arizona. Underrated movie. First real attempt at a portrait with brushes. At first I was trying to make everything look perfect but eventually I just embraced the sloppiness of the paint and just went with it. I thought about going back and refining everything to make it crisp but I like it the way it is. Really out of my element, I think I’ll do more.
