We’re open throughout the long weekend, 22nd of March, 2026.
In conjunction with that, @brandontks will be collaborating with us, taking over our little pantry to serve a few classic Danish dishes. Ingredients will be prepared based on what we’re able to source fresh in the morning. Expect a protein and veg smørrebrød, a seasonal stew, pickled greens on the plate, and a little surprise from him.
If you’re around downtown tomorrow, drop by for a plate of hearty Danish comfort food, or simply for some teas and desserts. We’ll be operating as usual from 12pm – 6pm.

Last month, we hosted @thewesstudio ’s team bonding. Two-course tasting workshop followed by a three-course menu, all crafted around the brand.
Guests explored savoury, umami, sweet, and acidic flavours through tea pairings and tastings: Sencha with coffee espuma and dehydrated kombu, Kamairi Kanayamidori tea with citrus mochi and poached apple.
The three-course menu was designed to extend the tasting journey, letting guests experience the same flavour principles in a meal format: dill-infused dim sum, orange zest chiffon with warm mixed fruit tea, and layered butter on crackers with milk-washed oat chai.
A sensory experience created to engage, explore, and connect the team.

Our next @communalbreakfastclub is on 16th November (Sunday), 9am – 10.30am.
This is our second round of the little side project — it’s been really nice sharing these slow Sunday mornings with you around the table. We’re doing it again, same pace, just new dishes to look forward to.
Similar to our last session, each breakfast includes three communal dishes and a dessert made with seasonal ingredients, served with your choice drinks.

‘In The Quiet Bloom’
This workshop carries a quieter tone, one rooted in intention. Every element, the space, the scent in the air, the tea they will sip, was considered with care.
Each stem, each gesture, each pause is part of the experience. It is less about creating something perfect, and more about noticing, how things feel, smell, and unfold. A gentle study in presence, shaped by hand and thought.

Guests will be guided to create a sculptural floral arrangement centered around the lotus seed pod, exploring its texture, form, and quiet beauty.
The experience is complemented by a tasting experience curated specially for this occasion, offering a sensory bridge between what is seen and what is savoured.
Together, we will explore the subtle relationship between form and flavour, design and emotion, and the beauty of things that reveal themselves slowly.
