Spatial design @kunstmuseumbasel for the first @artbasel.awards back in June 2025. Big thanks to the team @raygun.ldn and ‘The Stefans’ hospitality at the museum. Made in London and assembled in Basel - a beautiful hot week getting the event ready with intermittent dips, drifting down the Rhine with our wickelfisch.

@a347___ is more or less one year old! Very proud to have built a body of work around fashion retail, events, exhibition and experiential design alongside developing our artistic and sculptural practice. We got to drive a project to basel and back, study trees in the gambia, set up our first office space, talk about our ideas on design and architecture, used up roughly a km of fabric, sit on the great anglia express a few times, built lamps, tables, rails and seating objects, held workshops, renovated our workshop, had a big party, designed life–sized poodles – and we‘re still here! Looking forward to what’s next.

2025! A (first) year of exciting projects across interiors, architectures, experiential and exhibition design to furnitures and products. Starting the year designing the @doe.and.dog store and the new mobile empowerment pavilion initiative with @freefree.xx , across Gambia and Brazil, we got to talk about our work at @glas.gre whilst preparing and producing the set for the first @artbasel.awards in Switzerland. Whilst moving into our first office space we worked on a soon-to-be-released furniture range, and hosted a sculptural workshop with @rca.ads9 at @rca.architecture . During London Fashion Week we designed a @doverstreetmarketlondon pop–up for @stefan_cooke next to introducing the first @lilicuria AW 25 Showroom at @friezeofficial , followed later in the year with their recent Winter Salon. Looking back at our first year as a practice, we’ve approached our work through research as a means of establishing uniquely contextual responses that take forward project-specific narratives, whereby we intend for our proposals to be design languages speaking for themselves. Thankful to have worked on such a variety of briefs, scopes, contexts and spaces. Looking forward to the next year! Luke & Joni

The Winter Salon for Lili Curia 14 Hay Hill, Mayfair @lilicuria Sculpted poodles, stitched doors and plastered palms. For Lili Curia’s Winter Salon showcasing four collections and debuting their new festive capsule, we transformed the space into an immersive, theatrical setting designed to host a programme of performances and activations. Building on the language established in their showroom during Frieze, the project became an opportunity to further develop the architecture of the brand. Taking conventional materiality in line with Lili Curia’s ethos of “theatre of the everyday,” we took calico canvas — an ordinary material typically used as a blank base for garment pattern-making — into the primary backdrop grounding the space while dressing it into the brand’s distinctive world: a seamless blend of contemporary and tradition. The singular tonality unified the environment, simultaneously enhancing the collections and live performances while allowing them to confidently occupy centre stage. For the first time, the brand’s iconic poodle motif was brought to life. Both that doggy in the window and its counterpart in the back room were sculpted from scratch by hand. photos by @mol.okay

Install shots of @stefan_cooke in @doverstreetmarketlondon for @londonfashionweek - Such a joy to work on this with Stefan, Jake and in particular Ralph. Happy to know it will be staying up in DSM for the foreseeable!

Our recent installation @doverstreetmarketlondon for @stefan_cooke saw the transformation of almost-discarded wardrobes into a theatric display of SC’s garments. Taking reference from the brand’s design processes and also the work of Gordon Matta-Clark, whose practice focused on the power of transformation — specifically how the act of subtraction through cutting (literally and visually) into an existing architecture creates new relationships with spaces and objects previously regarded without value and left ‘unseen.’
