We are thrilled to announce that we are preparing to make our Edinburgh Fringe debut this August 💫! We are three Canadian artists with international experience who have formed Leaf Collective specifically to share Kimberly Denness-Thomas’ new play, A Little Green Leaf. After a successful tour of the south of England in September, we will be performing with The SpaceUK at both their Surgeon’s Hall and Symposium Hall venues from August 7th-22nd. We have applied for grant opportunities and now are waiting to hear back (a process that can take a while). In the meantime we are reaching out to our community to help us with securing accommodations, submitting registration and venue hire fees on time, booking flights, and all other costs associated with an independent production crossing an ocean to find new audiences. We saw the impact that this piece had on audiences of all ages first hand on our previous tour. Odette’s story, and the lessons we can learn from her courage, resilience, and humour, are inspiring and deeply relevant to the world we live in today.
