Up next: Asean Para Games 2026 Wheelchair rugby has been part of my life since 2016. Back when it wasn’t medals, or flags, or stages. Just a court, a few chairs, and people looking for somewhere to belong. What started as a get-together turned into a proving ground. A family. A place where I learned how much pain a body can hold and still move forward. There were nights when the losses were louder than the wins. When the lows stacked higher than hope. When quitting felt reasonable and believing felt reckless. But we stayed. We crashed. We bled. We rebuilt. Because every rare high was earned with sacrifice, with doubt, With faith, we didn’t always have but carried anyway. This sport tested my body. Shaped my mind. Redefined what strength looks like when standing isn’t an option. So when I say this understand the weight behind it— My team. My comrades @hornetswheelchairrugby @wheelchairrugbysingapore ASEAN Para Games 2026. From community courts to the international stage. This isn’t luck.
