Most people don’t actually train their weaknesses.

That’s why bilateral movements can fool you.
Both feet planted.
Both hands working.
One side quietly doing all the labor while the other side just… exists 💀
But the SECOND you introduce:
• single-leg work
• offset loading
• instability
• cross-body movement
• unilateral training
…your body tells the truth REAL fast.
Your balance gets exposed.
Your core has to stabilize.
Your glutes actually have to activate.
And suddenly that “easy” weight feels disrespectful 😮💨
