My short doc, Somos Cumbia, Somos Familia, has officially been accepted to screen at the San Diego Latino Film Festival on March 21st. @sdlatinofilmfestival
I still can’t believe how much love and recognition this short film has received. Incredibly grateful that’s this project is now traveling across the country to be screened in California. WE BICOASTAL BAYBEEEEEEE
This film is about preserving roots, passing down culture, and creating community through rhythm. As always all of the love and appreciation in the world for @karlaflorezsd and her amazing family, Kike, Valeria and Valentina for creating this price of art. To see it resonate beyond NYC and reach new audiences is incredible and everyone needs to get to know this beautiful family.
