Join Kimberly Alidio (@_traceable_relation ) for a one-day poetry craft class on Critical Wonder: Process as Poetics. This generative writing class will explore how craft elements — such as the line break and visual-sonic forms –– also function as matters of practice affecting our personal and political selves. We will read published texts to guide our discussion, and bring along objects related to creativity for a writing exercise. Poets, prose writers, and interdisciplinary writers are welcome. This class will take place Saturday, May 9th, 1:00 PM–3:30 PM ET and is open to all writers of color. For more information, including how to register and apply for a scholarship, visit kundiman.org/online-classes. Link in bio.
